Before work
Starting point
The taller structure required a stable machine position, a defined collapse direction and continuous dust control. The driveway was also the only truck route, so demolition and load-out had to progress together rather than create one oversized debris pile.
On site
Work completed
The upper floor and roof were reduced first, working toward the centre of the lot. Once the structure was down, wood, metal and masonry were separated before the foundation walls and slab were removed from the cleared footprint.
Clean handoff
Result
Backfill was installed after the below-grade work and compacted to support a safe, even site. The finished rough grade gave the new-home team clear access for layout, geotechnical review and the next excavation stage.
