Before work
Starting point
The house was small, but mature trees and close side yards made the working envelope tight. Exterior stucco also created a heavier mixed debris stream than wood siding, requiring deliberate separation and loading.
On site
Work completed
The building was pulled inward behind a controlled perimeter while water suppressed airborne dust. Stucco, framing and metal were sorted during load-out, and the machine stayed on the existing hard surface as long as the sequence allowed.
Clean handoff
Result
The structure and foundation were removed while the trees and neighbouring yards remained outside the work zone. The lot was backfilled to a simple rough grade, leaving a clean handoff instead of buried fragments and uneven piles.
