Before work
Starting point
Old furniture, shelving, boxes, loose household items and bagged material filled the recreation room after a move. The finished floor and stair walls were staying, so careless dragging would have turned a cleanout into a repair job.
On site
Work completed
Large furniture was broken down where needed and moved with two-person handling. Boxes and bags were consolidated before the stair carry, while reusable and recyclable items were separated from disposal material instead of treating everything as one load.
Clean handoff
Result
The basement was left empty and vacuumed with its walls, doors and flooring unchanged. A protected route prevented damage upstairs, and the open room could be inspected, listed or renovated immediately after the load left.
