Before work
Starting point
The dated kitchen had layered flooring, wall tile and tightly fitted cabinets around existing services. The adjacent dining room and original door trim were staying, so dust control and a precise stopping point mattered more than speed alone.
On site
Work completed
Appliances and sink connections were made safe before cabinets, counters and backsplash came out. Flooring and drywall followed in the marked areas, with debris transferred directly into covered carts instead of accumulating inside the house.
Clean handoff
Result
The kitchen was handed over with open framing, exposed service routes and a swept subfloor. The preserved doorway and neighbouring finishes stayed clean, giving the renovation crew immediate access for layout changes and rough-in work.
