Multiple cracks and settled sections had made the driveway unsuitable for resurfacing. Concrete met the garage slab and front walk, so the limits of removal needed clean saw-cut edges instead of rough breaks against surfaces that would remain.
On site

Utility locates were confirmed before the perimeter cuts were made. The slab was broken into liftable sections with wet dust control, reinforcing mesh was separated as it appeared, and concrete was loaded for aggregate recycling rather than mixed disposal.
Clean handoff
Result
The driveway was removed to the underlying granular base without chipping the garage threshold or adjoining walk. Loose material was scraped and graded so the paving contractor could assess the base immediately and price the replacement accurately.
