Before work
Starting point
The long fence line had warped panels and posts set in concrete beside established trees and lawn. Access was narrow, and the property edge needed to stay clear and identifiable once the visual barrier came down.
On site
Work completed
Panels were detached and stacked before each post was exposed. Concrete collars were loosened and removed with the posts rather than cut off at grade, while roots and neighbouring vegetation were kept outside the digging area.
Clean handoff
Result
The fence line was left open, clean and ready for survey confirmation or replacement construction. Disturbed soil was raked back into the post holes, and no buried concrete remained to interfere with the next layout.
