Before work
Starting point
The shed leaned toward the fence and had a soft floor, failing roof and years of leftover contents inside. Machine access was unnecessary and would have damaged the lawn, making a careful hand teardown the cleaner approach.
On site
Work completed
Contents were cleared first so materials could be sorted safely. Doors, roof sheets and wall panels were removed before the frame was lowered in small sections. The old wood base and loose blocks below it were included in the haul-out.
Clean handoff
Result
All shed materials passed through the existing side gate and the footprint was raked down to bare, level soil. The fence, garden beds and lawn route stayed intact, and no pile was left behind for municipal pickup.
