Before work
Starting point
The bathroom had multiple wet zones, glass, extensive porcelain tile and a long stone-topped vanity. The new design moved fixtures, making a full wall and floor strip necessary to expose supply, drain and vent locations.
On site
Work completed
Glass and fixtures were removed first, then the tub deck, vanity and tile assemblies were reduced in sections. The crew opened walls around known services, protected open plumbing and separated heavy tile from lighter mixed interior debris.
Clean handoff
Result
The ensuite was cleared to framing and subfloor with service points visible for the new layout. The adjoining bedroom and hallway remained sealed from dust, and the clean shell allowed accurate trade coordination before reconstruction.
